Our Story
LAWD College began with a simple but urgent idea — Africa needs more professionals who can design, deliver and manage effective learning at work.
For years, organizations across the continent have struggled with performance gaps not because people lack potential, but because learning was not structured to drive real results. That gap inspired the creation of LAWD College, an online college built to train the people who build others.
We started with one mission: to make quality Learning and Development education accessible to anyone, anywhere in Africa.
